Taking pictures in Cambodia, one step at a time.

Phnom Penh Photowalk – 5th March 2011

We’ve got our first photowalk lined up this Saturday, 5th March, in Phnom Penh. As this is the first one we’ve done we’re going to keep the format fairly open, with a suggested route starting on Riverside, meandering over to Central Market and winding back to Riverside.

The plan is as follows:

Date: Saturday 5th March, 2011.
8.30am at FCC – if you don’t feel like breakfast/coffee before we start, just be there at the start time below.
Start: 9.15am, outside FCC
Route: As mentioned, there’s nothing too strict planned, the rough idea is to head up Riverside and meander inland past Kandall Market and slowly over to Central Market and then head south down Pasteur Street, back across Norodom, around the back of the Palace and National Museum and back to FCC to collect any bikes parked there.

Who’s welcome?

Everyone! Whether you’ve got a camera phone, a point and shoot, a fancy DSLR, or an old style film camera, all are welcome. Pro or amateur, it matters not. All that matters if that you’re interested in having a wander around Phnom Penh taking some photos.

If you’re interested and need some contact details, leave a comment here and I’ll drop you an email. Don’t worry, your email address is not shown to anyone other than me.

How will I know who the Photowalk tour is?

There’ll be a bunch of people with camera gear milling around outside FCC, and at least one of them will have an overgrown beard.
